Kealan is currently working full time as a Production Manager for AV1, looking after events predominantly in the corporate sector.

He has also worked as a Sound Engineer, both in the Studio (Owner / Manager / Operator) and Live (FOH and Monitors). He also has extensive experience as a Stage Manager, Crew Leader, Backline Technician, Installation and Maintenance Technician, Hire and Sales, Set-up Technician, Technical Support, and in Technical Education.

Kealan was a founding member of Liffey Studios, Dublin, Ireland.
